Arrive by air
The venue is conveniently located near several airports offering direct flights from major U.S. and European cities.
The closest airports are Pisa International Airport (PSA) — just a 30-minute drive from the venue — and Florence Airport (FLR), about one hour away. Both offer car hire and private transfer options.
Other nearby airports include Bologna (BLQ) and Rome Fiumicino (FCO), both offering a wider selection of international flights and easy train connections to Tuscany.
Arrive by car
We highly recommend renting a car upon arrival, as it’s the easiest way to explore the Tuscan countryside and reach the venue.
At Pisa International Airport (PSA) and Florence Airport (FLR), you’ll find several major car rental companies located just a few minutes from the terminal, with free shuttle buses running regularly.
Trusted rental companies include Hertz, Europcar, Sixt, Avis, and Enterprise.
For a smoother experience, we suggest booking your car in advance.
BOOK A TAXI
If you’d rather skip driving yourself, you can also take a taxi directly from the airport to the villa — convenient, stress-free, and door-to-door.
Depending on your arrival airport, here are typical taxi fares for the journey:
From Pisa International Airport (PSA) to Villa Grabau: about €70-€100 for up to 4 passengers.
From Florence Airport (FLR) to Villa Grabau: around €150-€200, though some services list up to €200+ depending on timing, vehicle size and extras.
